The hospital is a ‘not for profit’ non-government organization registered as a joint stock company under the Society Act  XXI of 1860. The Hospital is governed by a Management Committee (MC) elected for three years by Islamia Eye Hospital Society. The society comprises about 114 members stemming across the different sections of society like academia, intelligentsia, philanthropists, lawyers, professionals, media etc. The mission and program of hospital are implemented by an executive team comprising numbers of Directors headed by CEO. An Adviser, appointed by the MC, oversees the overall activities of the hospital.

The main branch comprises 90 doctors, 189 nurses, 113 paramedic and 426 support staff with a total strength of 818.

In our 3 branch hospitals we have total number of 160 staff including 22 doctors.

The hospital is run by income generated from the services we provide. Besides this we have a number of partners and donors who contribute to our various programs. The surplus income is continuously ploughed back for the advancement of  both our main and branch hospitals.
